1. How long will my order take to be processed?
Each orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days which excludes weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holiday.
2. What happens if there is a duplicate order and either one or both is unpaid (indicating awaiting payment). How to cancel the unpaid order?
Kindly note that we will not process the shipment until full payment has been completed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any changes to the order and we will revert back to your request the soonest
3. When will you restock / how often you do restock?
We are not able to provide an exact date as to when the new stock will arrive however if there is any request for the items kindly drop an email to email@example.com and we will keep you updated regarding the mentioned products
4. What should i do if the products that i received has been damaged?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and kindly refer to our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
5. I would like to send the shipment to a different address, would it be possible?
Yes we are able to accomodate the mentioned request however kindly choose and fill up the recipients address before proceeding to checkout
